Sausage spices

I found some ground pork the other day at the grocery store for $1.00 a pound and sausage was $3.99 a pound. I needed the sausage to make 3 Lasgana 's for the super bowl. I found by adding these spices I had loose ground sausage. Worked great and so much cheaper.
garlic light if using powder or 1 clove
1 tsp pepper
1-2 tsp salt kosher
1 tsp. sweet paprika
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1tsp fennel if desired

Develed eggs for the SuperBowl XLV

This is an easy recipe to do. Here is the link for it. This is also a good recipe site for future reference>
Great Develed Eggs
You can use either hotter Paprika or a little more Tabasco to spice them up a little. Heidi does not enjoy any heat so I have to make them mild. At least for home but not for a party!
