Pumpkin Cheesecake

Pumkin Cheesecake--Ingredients
 Crust:8-9 graham crackers crumbled.

1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 stick melted salted butter Filling: 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
1 (15-ounce) can pureed pumpkin
...3 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
3 pkgs Cream Cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. For crust:In medium bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and cinnamon. Add melted butter. Press down flat into a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside. For filling:Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, egg yolk, sour cream, sugar and the spices. Add flour and vanilla. Beat together until well combined.

Pour into crust. Spread out evenly and place oven for 1 hour. leave it in the oven with the door open for 30 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.

heidi's Fruity Popcorn

10 cups of popped popcorn
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbs. corn syrup
3 tbs. water
1/4 tesp. baking soda
1pkg. of jello any flavor
1stick butter
melt the butter add the sugar then the corn syrup then the water and the jello then 1/4 teas b.s. cook on high heat 5 or 6 on electic stove for 4-5 minutes stirring constantly
pour over the popped corn stir it in
place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 250 degrees this makes it not sticky and hardens the coating Yum

bake sale goodies

Brown sugar chewies
1/4 cup butter melted in a heavy sauce pan
1 cup brown sugar add to butter stir
1 egg beaten then added to brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp bp
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
this can be all made in the sauce pan add raisins nuts chocolate if you like and put in a 8x8 baking pan bake 350 degrees for approx 10 minutes the top looks cracklely
this recipe is small but so good keeps too
I put them in a chinese food container with a ribbon for the sale

pizza dough

Pizza dough that I make in the bread machine
1 teaspoon yeast dissolved in 1 1/2  cups of warm water
4 cups of ap flour (ap is all purpose)
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup olive oil
put the liquid in first then add the flour
use dough setting then knead
bake 375-400 for approx. 15-17 minuts
check bottom of the pie to see if its brown

White Bread

White Bread Bread Machine Style




2/3 cup warm water

¼ cup milk warmed

2 tbs. Butter or margerine melted

2 and ½ cups of flour

5 teas sugar add 2 teaspoons of this to the warm water and yeast

1 and ½ teas of salt

1 large tablespoon of yeast



warm the water till its lukewarm add yeast and 2 teaspoons sugar

let sit till it bubbles about 3 minutes now put it in bread machine add flour salt the rest of the sugar and milk and melted butter

put on dough and let it work.

I usually don't bake it in the bread machine but you can read the directions

let it rise in a warm spot and bake 375 degrees

The other day I bought this bread machine in a thrift store for $5.00 I already had one but I promised Renee' one if I ever found  one cheap. SOO she got the bigger one and I kept the smaller one. I have so much fun making the bread and pizza dough in it I have also made sweet dough for cinnamon buns in it. So much easier and it kneads itself . Hope you try this Its delicious
