Apricot Sauce for Pork
This is one of my favorite sauces for a pork loin
1 cup apricot jam(I get this at Aldi's)
3 Tbls. soy sauce
2 tbls. chopped onion
4 teas. cider vinegar
1 teasp. ground mustard
