- 1 pound Of Ground Turkey Or 3 Cups Of Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey
- 3 cloves Of Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1 whole Pepper, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoons Ginger
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Chicken Or Turkey Broth
- 10 ounces, weight Frozen Spinach Or 1 Bag Of Fresh
- add at the end 1 cup Sour Cream
- 6 ounces, wide Egg Noodles, Cooked

This is the first time I have had this and as always it was great! I wish I knew how she comes up with this stuff.
